You do not need to know every specification. Send the available information and identify where you need material or design guidance.
- Drawing or modelPDF plus STEP, STP, IGES or CAD file when available.
- Service conditionsMedia, temperature, pressure, movement, target sealing level and service life.
- Material targetVMQ, LSR, FVMQ, conductive silicone, hardness, color or request a recommendation.
- Production quantityPrototype requirement, initial order and estimated annual volume.

Can I request a quote without a finished drawing?
Yes. Send a sketch, sample photos, mating-part information and the known service conditions. A production drawing may still be required before tooling.
Can you quote from an existing physical sample?
A sample can support review, but dimensions and service conditions are still needed. Worn or deformed samples should not be treated as the only specification.
How quickly can I receive a quotation?
Complete drawing-based requests can normally be reviewed within 24–48 hours. Complex materials, testing, inserts or incomplete specifications may require additional clarification.
Will my inquiry be saved if email delivery fails?
Yes. RFQs submitted through this website are also stored in the WordPress administration area for follow-up. Authenticated SMTP should still be configured for reliable email notifications.
